Refund policy
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Items eligible for refund due to damage or other issue issues, must be returned within 30 days. These items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped in, include all original tags (still attached) and be in their original packaging. All items being considered for a refund will undergo an inspection and must meet all required guidelines to qualify for a refund. Return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. Refunds are returned to the original payment method only, no exceptions.
A return authorization number MUST be assigned prior to return shipment. Please contact us for this authorization.
EXCHANGES are offered in the event of incorrect sizing as long as the item has not been born and is also returned with all original tags still attached and in their original packaging. Exchange items must also be returned with in 30 days.
Personalized or custom made items are not eligible for refunds or exchange.
